It adds Kanban-style boards, task management, automations, SLA tracking, and analytics on top of Gmail, plus channels for WhatsApp, live chat, and a self-serve help center. Drag ships its own MCP server and REST API so AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and Cursor can operate the inbox directly. It is available as a Chrome extension, standalone web app, desktop app, and iOS/Android apps, all sharing the same data.
