Chatlio is a website live chat widget that connects to a company's Slack workspace, letting operators read and reply to visitor conversations directly inside Slack instead of a separate agent dashboard. Each visitor gets a dedicated Slack channel, multiple teammates can join a conversation, and the widget shows visitor context such as location, browser, OS and current page.
